Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Before 48 hours: cancel up to 48 hours before the puja date for a full refund to your UPI account within 7 working days.
• Within 48 hours: samagri and pandit arrangements are already made, so we can reschedule your puja to another date free of charge instead of a refund.
• Not performed: if for any reason we cannot perform your puja, you receive a full refund.
• Duplicate or wrong payments are refunded in full after verification.
• To request a cancellation or refund, use the contact page with your booking ID.

If money is debited but the booking is not confirmed

Relax, your money is safe. UPI payments either reach us or are automatically returned to your account by your bank. As per NPCI/RBI rules, a failed or pending UPI debit is auto-reversed by your bank within 1 to 5 working days. If the payment has reached us, we will confirm your booking or refund it in full. Just send us your booking ID and the 12-digit UTR from the contact page. We cannot control delays inside banks or UPI apps, but we will never keep money for a puja that was not performed.
