Triveni Sangam, Prayagraj

Triveni Sangam is the confluence of the Ganga, the Yamuna and the invisible Saraswati, called Tirthraj, the king of all tirthas. Pind daan, tarpan, asthi visarjan and Ganga puja at the Sangam are believed to grant moksha to ancestors, and Magh Mela and Kumbh are held here.
